Reliable, authenticated email delivery

mail-automations.com is the sending service Confidanti uses to deliver authorized email on behalf of the organizations it works with.

We operate a dedicated, properly authenticated mail platform so that communications reach their intended recipients reliably and verifiably. Mail is sent only to recipients an engaging organization has authorized and never to the general public, purchased lists, or unsolicited addresses.

How the service works

• Authenticated. Every message is sent with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, from a dedicated IP with matching reverse DNS.
• Authorized recipients only. Delivery is limited to lists each organization has authorized in writing.
• Measured volume. We send controlled volumes, not bulk broadcasts.
• Privacy-respecting. Messages never request or collect passwords, payment details, or other sensitive data.
