Who we are
mail-automations.com is operated by Confidanti, the controller for the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@confidanti.com.
What we process
- Recipient email addresses, and the domains and recipient lists an engaging organization authorizes us to send to.
- Email delivery metadata (delivery, bounce and complaint events).
- Server logs (IP address, user-agent, URL, timestamp), kept up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention.
- Correspondence: if you email us, we process your message and contact details to respond.
- Cookies: this site sets none.
Why we use it
- To operate the email-delivery service for the organizations that engage us.
- To respond to inquiries, abuse reports and exclusion requests.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and keep the service secure.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not profile or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use these subprocessors to operate the service, under data-processing agreements:
- Kamatera — server hosting (United States).
- Google Cloud — storage of recipient and delivery records (United States).
We share data only as needed to operate the service, except where legally compelled or to protect rights and safety.
Where your data lives
Data is stored in the United States (Kamatera, Miami; Google Cloud, us-central1). For recipients or users in the EU, UK or Brazil, transfers to the US are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Recipient lists: deleted 30 days after the engagement concludes.
- Per-recipient delivery records: up to 12 months from the send date; aggregate figures that identify no one may be kept longer.
- Email delivery metadata and server logs: 90 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete (subject to legal-retention obligations), or port your data, to object to processing or withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. Email privacy@confidanti.com; we aim to respond within 10 days.

We update this policy as the service evolves; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
