This page explains how the mail-automations.com email-delivery service, operated by Confidanti, is run and what recipients can expect. There is no sign-up on this site: organizations that engage Confidanti are bound by their separate agreement with Confidanti, and this page sets out operating practices and recipients' options.
The service is used solely to deliver communications to recipients that an engaging organization has authorized. Use for unsolicited bulk email, fraud, or any unlawful purpose is prohibited. Our sending practices and provider-compliance commitments are set out in the Sending & anti-abuse policy.
We may suspend or stop any sending that breaches the Sending & anti-abuse policy or the acceptable-use requirements referenced there.
